Qualifications

• LLB degree completed and admitted as a Legal Practitioner or candidate attorney.
• 1–3 years of experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with contract law principles and common contractual terms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise various commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and service level agreements.
• Assist in managing the contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution and archiving.
• Conduct preliminary legal research on contract-related issues.
• Identify and flag potential risks or non-standard clauses in contracts for review by senior counsel.
• Maintain and update contract templates and legal documentation libraries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their contractual needs.
