Genpact Ltd. in South Africa is seeking a Sr. Associate - Customer Care - Collections to manage overdue accounts and drive timely cash inflows. You will contact customers, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with Credit, Sales and Cash Applications teams.

You should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and experience in banking or related financial services. This is an office-based role in Randburg with standard work hours and performance targets.

• Reach out to customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, and letters to initiate collections.
• Negotiate repayment terms and settlements in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and reconcile balances with customers.

• Log outcomes of collection efforts and prepare regular reports for management.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to billing or payments and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Credit Management, Sales, Cash Application and others to resolve issues.
