Qualifications

• Financial accounting knowledge across AP/AR processes.
• Experience with cash allocation and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with multi-entity AR and DRR reporting.
• Knowledge of real estate sector a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and email invoices to customers.
• Process cash applications and reconcile daily receipts.
• Resolve disputes and coordinate between departments.
• Create/update SOPs and support AR value chain.
