About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of architectural projects in Randburg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, coupled with proven project management expertise and a deep understanding of construction processes. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and profitability of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from conception to closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements

• Expertise in project management methodologies, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project), and BIM.
• Strong understanding of construction law, contracts, and procurement processes.
