Qualifications

• 7+ years in BIM roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or specialist capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; experience with Navisworks and Solibri.
• Experience developing and implementing BIM standards and execution plans.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design and construction processes.
• Experience with clash detection, model federation, and data management within BIM environments.
• Excellent communication and training skills with ability to work remotely.
