Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architect to lead industrial and commercial building projects from Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will oversee design teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure delivery meets safety and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate has a professional architecture degree, 10–12 years of experience, strong BIM skills (Revit, AutoCAD), SACAP registration, and a track record in large-scale industrial schemes.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of architectural experience, with a strong specialization in industrial and commercial building design.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial projects from concept to completion.
• Expertise in architectural design software, BIM proficiency (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• In-depth knowledge of industrial building systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations pertaining to industrial facilities.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in the Gauteng industrial sector is highly desirable.
• Professional registration with SACAP (PrArch) is mandatory.

Responsabilités
