Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and project management of industrial and infrastructure developments, ensuring all projects meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers (structural, mechanical, electrical), contractors, and other consultants to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation suitable for industrial environments.
• Conduct thorough site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new projects in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.
• Oversee the construction phase, including site inspections, quality control, and problem-solving to ensure designs are implemented correctly and safely.
• Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations (including OHS Act), and environmental legislation.
