About the Role

Our client, a leading multidisciplinary design and engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead significant commercial and industrial development projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and project management for large-scale commercial and industrial developments.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure architectural designs meet client objectives, functional requirements, and relevant building codes and standards.

• Prepare and present design proposals, project updates, and final reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 12 years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice, with substantial experience in leading commercial and industrial projects.
• Professional registration with SAIA or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in architectural design software, including BIM platforms (e.g., Revit), AutoCAD, and project management tools.
