Genpact South Africa (Pty) Ltd in Randburg is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A - AP to lead an Accounts Payable team handling vendor master maintenance, PO management, and invoice processing. You will drive issue resolution, KPIs, and mentor colleagues in a fast-moving AI-powered transformation environment.

You will collaborate with country controllers, sourcing and business finance partners, and oversee migrations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance degree required.
• Experience with AP processes and vendor management.
• Masters in finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a AP team covering vendor master maintenance, PO management and invoice processing.
• Set team priorities, KPIs and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with sourcing and business finance partners.
• Drive migrations and process improvements with PM support.
