Resourgenix (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Cash Allocations Specialist for a 12-month contract in Cape Town. The role requires handling large volumes of customer receipts, precise allocations in SAP, and keen reconciliation skills.

You will match payments to invoices, investigate unidentified receipts, and support month-end AR activities in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience processing high volumes of customer receipts in an Accounts Receivable environment.
• Proven ability to process about 25–30 allocations per hour and match receipts to invoices.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills in a transactional setting.

Responsabilités

• Process and allocate customer receipts in SAP.
• Match payments against debtor accounts and invoices.
• Handle high-volume allocations accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate unidentified, unmatched and incorrectly allocated receipts.
• Process bulk payments, credit notes and account adjustments.
• Reconcile bank receipts, customer accounts and debtor ledgers.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and allocation queries.
• Maintain accurate records and meet daily processing targets.
• Support month-end Accounts Receivable activities.
• Experience in a high-volume transactional environment.
