Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with 6+ years’ experience or 8+ years in industry.
• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and REST API development.
• Experience with Identity Management solutions and EF Core/EF6.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Identity Management and Data Engineering solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance APIs and backend systems.
• Define solution architecture in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders.
• Deliver strategic projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems and support migrations to new tech.
• Ensure coding standards, testing methodologies, and best practices are followed.
• Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
• Contribute to Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
