Network Finance in South Africa seeks a senior software engineering leader to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions and mentor developers within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Identity Management and Data Engineering solutions
• Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance APIs and backend systems
• Define solution architecture and technical implementations in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders
• Deliver strategic projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Maintain and enhance existing systems while supporting migration to newer technologies
• Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and testing methodologies
• Mentor and coach junior developers while facilitating knowledge sharing across teams
• Contribute to Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma with 6+ years’ relevant experience, or 8+ years’ relevant industry experience
