Riseup Management in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to support the procure-to-pay process. You will monitor supplier invoices, coordinate reconciliations, and resolve payment exceptions to ensure timely supplier payments.

The role collaborates with global shared service teams and local stakeholders to maintain accurate ageing reports, payment forecasts and GP controls, leveraging ERP systems to drive efficiency.

Qualificações

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procure-to-pay or accounts payable administration.
• Experience with supplier reconciliations, invoice processing and payments.
• ERP experience: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or Syspro.
• VAT knowledge and strong financial controls experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor supplier invoice processing performed by the global shared service centre.
• Follow up on aged, blocked and parked invoices and coordinate resolution.
• Investigate PO, invoice-matching and payment exceptions.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Investigate escalated supplier invoice and payment queries.
• Monitor supplier ageing and highlight risks affecting service delivery.
• Prepare and review supplier reconciliations for payment per authority and terms.
• Submit approved reconciliations to global payments team within deadlines.
• Coordinate payment requests through Kyriba per global procedures.
• Serve as contact between SA business and global shared service centre on PTP matters.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, treasury and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Prepare accounts payable ageing reports, payment forecasts and supplier reconciliations.
• Track outstanding invoices and provide updates on unresolved items.
