Super Group International is seeking a Team Lead AML Screening to own and optimise our AML workflow, partner with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with AML regulations. You will oversee a dedicated AML Screening Team, drive investigations, and maintain rigorous reporting across SARs/UARs and data requests.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months experience in Risk, AML or Compliance.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and high-quality work mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AML function and oversee the AML Screening workflow.
• Communicate recommendations with AML Analysts, MLRO and Head of Financial Crime Operations.
• Ensure AML standards adhere to policies and processes.
• Manage AML Screening Team and ensure SLA compliance.
• Vet and assist investigations to mitigate risk.
• Coordinate information flow between AML Investigators/KYC and business units.
• Monitor metrics, review reports, and drive action plans.
• Keep weekly/monthly reports up to date and distribute to stakeholders.
• Assist AML audit process and third-party/vendor screening.
• Coach AML Investigators and Governance Team; publish procedure updates.
• Plan workforce and resources with core support teams.
• Provide SAR/UAR and data request reporting to Service Manager.
