Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) in Pretoria seeks a Senior Compliance Officer to lead guidance and outreach within the Compliance and Prevention division. You will deliver AML/CFT/CPF guidance, support stakeholder engagements, and coordinate publications while maintaining high standards of compliance and reporting.

The role requires a law degree (NQF 7), CAMS or compliance diploma, and at least six years in AML/CFT environments, with strong regulatory exposure and leadership capabilities.

Qualificações

• Law degree required, NQF level 7.
• CAMS or compliance diploma required.
• Minimum 6 years in AML/CFT/CPF environments.
• Experience in regulatory environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guidance outputs and publications for AML/CFT/CPF requirements.
• Support stakeholder engagements and awareness sessions.
• Develop and coordinate guidance products, publications plans and QA processes.
• Coach graduates and junior staff within the division.
• Engage with supervisory bodies and regulated institutions for guidance implementation.
• Maintain records and provide technical reference for the team.
