Financial Intelligence Centre in Pretoria seeks a senior practitioner to lead the Guidance workstream within the Compliance and Prevention Division. You will deliver guidance outputs, publications, and awareness content, while providing technical support for stakeholder engagements and regulatory compliance activities.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree (NQF level 7) is required.
• CAMS certification or Compliance diploma is required.
• Minimum 6 years of AML/CFT/CPF experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance and prevention expertise regarding the FIC Act.
• Develop and refine guidance products, publications and awareness materials.
• Support stakeholder engagements and coordinate publication plans.
• Oversee PQP framework, governance, QA, trend analysis and reporting.
• Present AML/CFT/CPF information and insights to internal teams and external bodies.
• Coach and mentor graduates and junior staff within the division.
• Build and maintain relationships with supervisory bodies and regulated institutions.
