Job summary

ATNS SOC Limited in Cape Town seeks a Principal Air Traffic Service Officer with CLD validation and OJTI credentials. You will supervise ATSO duties, ensure compliance with ISO QMS, and lead training and performance assessments to maintain high safety standards.

You will plan shift coverage, monitor performance, coach staff, and assist with SAR requirements while upholding SACAA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• ATSO with a valid licence and Clearance Delivery requirement.
• CLD validation and OJTI qualification are mandatory.
• Proven experience as ATSO with a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong adherence to QMS (ISO) and SA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational duties and ensure service delivery standards.
• Coach peers and subordinates; conduct performance assessments and training.
• Plan, publish and monitor shift schedules; maintain training documentation.
• Lead incident reviews, SAR support and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain landing logs integrity and accurate hour capture.
