ATNS SOC Limited is seeking a Principal Air Traffic Service Officer FACT (FIS) in Cape Town. You will supervise ATSO activities, conduct performance assessments, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, training, and incident investigation skills. You will oversee shift adherence, maintain accurate logs, and contribute to safety and efficiency in air traffic services for the national system.

Formación

• Must have current ATSO license with FIS.
• FIS validation and OJTI qualification are required.
• ATSO with a minimum of 2 years’ experience is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ATS assistance and support in daily operations.
• Supervise daily duties and ensure service delivery.
• Maintain training and perform performance assessments and standard checks.
• Prepare monthly reports and statistics.
• Conduct bi‑annual assessments and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and QMS (ISO).
