ATNS SOC Limited is seeking a Principal Air Traffic Service Officer FACT (CLD) in Cape Town to lead ATS operations, ensure compliance with all regulatory and ISO standards, and supervise daily service delivery. The role requires strong training, auditing, and performance-monitoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• ATSO license with Clearance Delivery is required.
• CLD validation is required.
• OJTI qualification is required.
• ATSO with minimum 2 years' experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the QMS (ISO) and standards.
• Plan and monitor the standards maintenance program.
• Coach peers and supervise daily operational duties.
• Assist with SAR requirements and incident investigations.
• Train and maintain training documentation.
