NCS is seeking an analytical (Senior) AI Management Consultant to help clients identify AI-driven business value and translate opportunities into measurable outcomes. You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to move from business problem to AI opportunity to solution and impact.

This role emphasizes building prototypes, MVPs, and deployable solutions while balancing security, governance, and enterprise requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in management/strategy consulting, AI consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience in AI strategy, process transformation, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Assess client AI readiness, data maturity, processes, and operational challenges.
• Identify and prioritise AI, automation, and transformation opportunities based on value and feasibility.
• Develop AI strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Redesign processes and operating models to embed AI into operations.
• Define KPIs and success measures to track impact and adoption.
• Lead engagements with stakeholders across levels and drive delivery.
