Job summary

Lifted is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build an AI-powered recruiting platform used by staffing organizations. You will work across the full stack to create new capabilities, integrate AI into production workflows, and connect the platform with Salesforce and ATS integrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python skills, and proven production LLM delivery, with fluent English and Dutch in day-to-day collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Leadership of technical design and delivery across systems and teams.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience developing production LLM applications.
• Experience with AI tooling and prompt iteration.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and implement LLM-powered capabilities for local staffing workflows and partner systems.
• Own cross-system solutions from technical design through delivery.
• Sequence work into testable, releasable increments and coordinate required changes with partner teams.
• Engage stakeholders and end users to understand staffing operations and shape product and technical decisions.
• Prototype new ideas with users and partners and use feedback to determine which solutions to pursue.
• Define technical options and communicate constraints and tradeoffs to product and business partners.
• Maintain reliable, maintainable integrations through sound design, testing, code reviews, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
