The role requires a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in AI ethics or governance, with a strong understanding of AI technologies, law, and policy related to AI.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy or related field with focus on AI ethics.
• Minimum 5 years in AI ethics, governance or related area.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML tech and societal implications.
• Knowledge of AI data privacy regulations and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI ethics principles and governance across the organization.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI projects.
• Monitor AI systems for fairness, transparency, accountability; propose actions.
• Advise legal, compliance, and product teams on AI ethics and regulatory matters.
• Develop and deliver training on AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
