Voy seeks a Senior AI Automation & Zendesk Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that scale operations and reduce manual work. You will transform manual processes in the Patient Experience Team into automated, self-running workflows, improving quality and response times.

The role requires hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, and Zendesk, plus AI fluency with LLM APIs and tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot. Fully remote within South Africa is offered.

Competenze

• Experience building intelligent workflow automations
• Hands-on AI-assisted development experience
• Deep knowledge of Zendesk stack and automation triggers

Mansioni

• Map and optimise automated workflows to cut contacts and speed responses
• Design pipelines connecting backend APIs with Zendesk using low-code tools
• Evaluate AI vs deterministic automation and justify cost and reliability
• Validate workflows, monitor outputs, and troubleshoot failures
• Create documentation and train teams on new tools and governance
