Bamboo Works is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer for fully remote work. You will design and deliver sophisticated automation and AI-powered business solutions for DACH-market clients, combining software development with automation engineering.

The role emphasizes ownership—from requirements to deployment—on complex projects and involves working with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and HubSpot CRM to build scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• Several years (at least 3+) of professional software development experience.
• Substantial hands-on automation engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in n8n and Make.com with complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
• Develop end-to-end integrations connecting apps, APIs, databases, CRMs, and AI models.
• Build and optimize HubSpot CRM automations (contacts, deals, pipelines, properties, workflows).
• Develop AI-powered solutions and agents for sales, research, customer support, and other processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflows for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop custom integrations, scripts, and applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
• Design robust architectures with APIs, webhooks, databases, and authentication.
• Build RAG systems using LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Evaluate platforms and create custom solutions when off-the-shelf tools fall short.
