Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (AI) to join a strategic AI delivery team in Midrand. Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote, with a 12-month initial contract and potential extension.

The role bridges business and technology to uncover opportunities and deliver AI and Intelligent Automation initiatives that drive measurable value. You will shape requirements, support delivery, and ensure governance, data quality, and stakeholder alignment across multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years' experience in Business Analysis within enterprise environments.
Minimum 2 years' experience supporting AI, ML, Data, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify processes, pain points and opportunities.
Analyze processes and define opportunities for AI, ML, automation or process improvements.
Develop business cases with measurable benefits and assumptions.
Gather requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain backlog.
Support Agile delivery teams through SDLC, testing, and deployment.
