Job summary

Profession Hub is seeking a Senior Analyst to elicit, analyse and validate business requirements for complex JSE initiatives. You will support solution design, testing and adoption, ensuring traceability and quality across assignments.

The role deploys from the Centre of Enablement to various company domains, with AI-enabled tooling aiding requirement recovery from legacy systems. Location is Johannesburg on a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering or related field.
• BA/Business Analysis certification (IIBA CBAP or equivalent).
• Agile analysis and AI tooling exposure is advantageous.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis scope for each assignment per plan and timelines.
• Plan domain or squad work and estimate analysis effort.
• Apply AI tooling to reduce analysis effort and cycle time.
• Guide stakeholders on options and scope trade-offs.
• Manage utilisation and report capacity to management.
