Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, CS, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and societal implications.
• Ability to translate complex ethical principles into practical guidance and actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to influence diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and frameworks tailored to organizational needs.
