Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Risk Management or Business Administration and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Risk Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management, corporate governance, operational management, internal audit, or a related environment.
• Experience with CTRM, debtors management, and insurance risk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental risk reporting cycles; maintain risk registers and incident reports.
• Support CTRM development and define operational requirements for the system.
• Manage operational and logistics processes to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, legal risk and compliance across business units.
• Provide trade risk expertise and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Develop and implement SOPs and strengthen internal controls.
• Analyze risk and operational data using Power BI and Excel.
• Support debtors risk management and credit committee activities.
