- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software project management or a related role.
- Proven experience managing software development projects from conception to launch.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other software development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify impediments, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively throughout the development lifecycle.
