Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an experienced Agile/Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives from conception to completion. You will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet business goals while aligning with strategic objectives.

The role requires guiding agile practices, managing lifecycles, budgets, and timelines, and collaborating with Product Managers to translate epics into actionable tasks for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or Honors degree in Project Management.
• Experience leading Agile projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Mentoring teams in agile adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Provide mentorship and coaching on agile methodologies and best practices to project teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate epics and stories into actionable tasks for the delivery team.
• Ensure the successful implementation of Agile principles in software projects, focusing on improved quality and alignment with business needs.
