Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in aerospace systems engineering.
• Experience with systems engineering V-model, requirements management, and system architecture design.
• Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, STK).
• Strong understanding of aerospace systems, including avionics, propulsion, flight controls, and structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of complex aerospace systems, ensuring adherence to technical requirements and safety standards.
• Perform system-level analysis, trade studies, and performance simulations to optimize design choices.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and mechanical engineers for seamless system integration.
