Lifecheq is seeking an experienced Senior Adviser Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for priority franchises, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure process quality. You will manage partner relationships, lead recruitment strategy discussions, and escalate issues with the Recruitment Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in recruitment, with at least 12 months in an Adviser Recruitment Specialist role, and a track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced financial services

Competenze

• 2–3 years' experience in a recruitment role, ideally within financial services/insurance adviser recruitment, high-volume sales recruitment, or a comparable target-driven placement environment.
• At least 12 months in an Adviser Recruitment Specialist role (or equivalent) with a demonstrated, consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly placement targets.
• Experience mentoring, buddying, or informally leading other recruiters is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• End-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned franchise partner(s): sourcing, screening, presenting to partners, coordinating interviews, vetting and documentation, and offer/contracting support.
• Achieve and exceed elevated monthly placement targets (typically 7–10 adviser placements per month).
• Maintain a replenished candidate pipeline through job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and partner channels.
• Keep recruitment trackers, CRM records, and reporting up to date and audit-ready.
