You will oversee core accounting activities, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with the Finance Manager on complex matters, audits, and process improvements to support business growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting/finance qualification.
• Professional registration (SAICA, CIMA, ACCA, SAIPA).
• 5+ years' senior accounting/finance experience.
• Strong month-end, reporting, and financial controls background.
• Experience supervising finance team members.
• Advanced MS Excel and ERP system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Manage invoicing, treasury, property, trust, and shareholder-related accounting.
• Review financial calculations, schedules, and reporting accuracy.
• Provide guidance and accountability to finance team members.
• Support Finance Manager with ad hoc matters.
