Job summary

Network Finance in Gauteng seeks an experienced Finance Professional to join our team as a full-time bookkeeper/accountant. You will manage full bookkeeping functions up to trial balance and financial statements for two branches, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance.

You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, VAT submissions, month-end and year-end support, and produce management reports with clear financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant accounting / bookkeeping experience.
• Experience overseeing financial administration for two branches is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance and financial statements.
• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger.
• Inventory accounting and stock reconciliations.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Bank reconciliations and cashbook processing.
• VAT submissions and statutory compliance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
• Financial reporting and analysis for management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping across both branches.
