Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to oversee full bookkeeping across two branches. You will manage the general ledger, bank reconciliations, VAT, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a National Diploma in Accounting, at least 5 years’ experience, and proficiency in Excel, SAP Business One and Sage, with experience across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping or related field (Advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years' accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Experience managing accounts for multiple branches.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business One and Sage.

Responsibilities

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance and financial statements.
• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger.
• Inventory accounting and stock reconciliations.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Bank reconciliations and cashbook processing.
• VAT submissions and statutory compliance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
• Financial reporting and analysis for management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping across both branches.
