Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA) highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 in a senior role.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing financial data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare filings.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
