Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator in the Arts & Entertainment industry.
• Expert proficiency in Maya, Blender, or similar 3D animation software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and appeal.
• Experience with motion capture cleanup and integration.
• A compelling demo reel showcasing your best animation work.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality character and environmental animations for games and other media projects.
• Collaborate closely with concept artists, modelers, and technical directors to achieve the desired aesthetic and performance.
• Develop and refine animation rigs, ensuring they are efficient and meet project requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior members of the animation team.
• Stay updated with the latest animation techniques and technologies, experimenting with new tools and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related technical issues.
