Qualifications

• 10+ years in 3D animation, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Expert in character animation, rigging, and motion capture workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on major projects.
• Proficient in Maya, Blender, 3ds Max and rendering engines.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles and storytelling.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
