Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Animator, with a compelling showreel demonstrating expertise.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, weight, and appeal.
• Experience with motion capture cleanup and integration is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote collaboration environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive criticism.
