Qualifications

• Senior Certificate or higher is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer service role.
• Experience with Excel, SQL and Zendesk is advantageous.
• Experience in e-commerce/start-up/tech environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Address and escalate marketplace seller and customer queries via tickets and calls.
• Engage with internal Takealot stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Assist with data capture and admin tasks as required.
• Contribute ideas to drive process and system improvements.
