Smith Garb is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead security personnel across multiple Gauteng sites. You will oversee guards, perform site inspections, and ensure adherence to client requirements and company policies.

Key duties include supervising CCTV monitoring, managing disciplinary actions, and maintaining health & safety standards. You will also coordinate cleaning/gardening staff, foster client relations, and deliver regular operational reports.

Competenze

• PSIRA Grade B registration is essential.
• 5+ years management experience in security.
• Experience managing guards, site visits, and disciplinary procedures.
• CCTV monitoring experience.
• Health & Safety Certificate is essential.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Residency within 25 km of Parktown.
