Fidelity Services Group is seeking an Operations Manager based in Durban to oversee several Operations Managers and ensure effective client liaison, HR/IR matters, fleet management, expenses control, investigations, and the posting of security officers. The role requires strong leadership and extensive security industry experience.

Applicants must have Matric, PSIRA Grade A, five years in security, a valid driver’s license, firearm training, and no criminal record, with residency in Durban.

Qualificações

• Matric certificate is required.
• PSIRA Grade A registration is required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
• Computer literacy with standard Microsoft programs.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be firearm trained for Business Purpose.
• No criminal record.
• Applicants to reside in Durban.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
• Maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client regarding security services.
• Continuously evaluate service levels and recommend improvements to the Client.
• Handle all required administration matters efficiently.
• Liaise daily with Branch management on operational issues.
• Submit relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports to Management.
