Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent with PSIRA Grade A registration.
• At least 10 years in security and 5 years in operational security management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client for security services.
• Manage areas to meet contractual requirements with the client.
• Ensure all site Security Officers meet contractual requirements.
• Evaluate service levels and recommend improvements to the Client.
• Supervise security staff to ensure performance targets are met.
• Handle administrative matters and daily liaison with management.
• Investigate incidents and report to Management.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 knowledge is applied.
