Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd seeks a seasoned security leader to plan and manage security across a business unit. Based in Sunninghill, the role focuses on implementing security strategy, governance and stakeholder engagement to protect assets.

You will coordinate vetting, manage security providers, develop performance plans and provide advisory services to HR and operations. Required are a security degree, PSIRA Grade A, plus at least five years in supervision.

Qualifications

• B Degree /BTech/Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Security Management or related field.
• 5 years in supervisory/management in security environment.
• PSIRA Grade A registration and related professional credentials.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate security strategy across operating units and customer service plans.
• Develop, implement and maintain security performance management plans.
• Manage external security service providers and vendor relationships.
• Chair relevant internal/external security stakeholder committees.
• Provide HR advisory services related to security management.
• Coordinate vetting and contractor screening processes.
