Job summary

Fidelity Security Services is seeking a Security Fleet Controller to oversee secure dispatch and real-time tracking of bulk cargo vehicles from our central fleet station in Cape Town. Must have Grade 12, PSIRA registration, and experience in security control rooms, fleet tracking and line-haul logistics.

Proficiency with CCTV, GPS tracking and related software is essential. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure on rotating 12‑hour

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 with relevant security certification.
• PSIRA Grade A or B registration mandatory.
• Experience in security control rooms and fleet tracking.
• Familiarity with bulk cargo dispatch operations.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and rotate shifts.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee secure dispatch and real-time tracking of bulk cargo vehicles.
• Operate and monitor CiiMS, IRIS, Crystal, HikCentral, Avigilon systems.
• Coordinate with security teams and logistics to mitigate risks.
• Generate reports and maintain situational awareness.
