Performit Personnel is assisting a reputable security provider in the Eastern Cape to recruit a dedicated Control Room Operator. This on-site role is central to safeguarding assets and ensuring operational excellence across the client’s control room operations.

In this position you will monitor and control security systems, respond promptly to incidents or alarms, maintain detailed logs and reports, and coordinate with security personnel and emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a security control room environment.
• Strong attention to detail and alertness.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
