Job summary

Pep is seeking a security services manager in Cape Town to oversee the effective management of SLAs with security contractors and drive multiple loss prevention projects. The role ensures timely service delivery, targets are met, and security technology is maintained across stores.

You will coordinate budget responsibilities for security suppliers (OPEX and CAPEX), manage relationships with partners, and roll out safes to stores while ensuring compliance with installations.

Effective management of the security Service Level Agreements , and the execution of various projects within the loss prevention department, ensuring timely service delivery on projects and meeting performance targets.
