Job summary

Anglo American is seeking a Section Manager Load & Haul to lead safety, operations, budgeting and people development within the Mining MIN department. Responsibilities include managing weekly and monthly plans, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and driving cost control and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Manager Mining and requires extensive mining experience, technical knowledge, and strong leadership to optimise output and asset performance in the Northern Cape operations.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years experience in mining value chain, with 3 years supervisory experience.
