Job summary

cpconsulting in Cape Town seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to support multiple cross-functional teams within a value stream, aligning with the Release Train Engineer and Product Owners to drive flow and continuous improvement.

You will coach teams to be empowered, facilitate ceremonies, promote transparency, and elevate delivery maturity across the organization, actively participating in PI Planning and ART Syncs under the RTE’s guidance.

Qualifications

4+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery leader.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with ability to create safe spaces for honest conversations and learning.
Experience supporting PI Planning and ART level collaboration with the RTE.
Knowledge of SDLC and release processes.
Certifications such as CSM, PSM, CSP-SM, SAFe or ICP are desirable.

Responsibilities

Coach cross-functional teams to operate as empowered, self-managing units.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and improve delivery flow.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and ensure outcome-focused delivery.
Collaborate with the RTE to align with PI Planning and program objectives.
Provide visibility into team progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
