Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a recognised Degree and/or 4-year post-matric Teaching Qualification.
• Minimum 5 years Teaching and Management experience in the same or similar type of position in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a member of the School management team.
• Coordinate academic and timetabling programmes.
• Conduct parent interviews and respond to parental needs.
• Implement and maintain the Code of Conduct.
• Coordinate events; manage marketing, PR and advertising.
• Oversee student discipline and leadership development.
• Coordinate outreach programmes and community engagement.
• Manage financial resources and control.
• Drive innovation and development of educational initiatives.
• Provide academic leadership and guidance.
• Oversee project management.
